Police Motor Boat No.10 went on shore near Man Kan To above the Lowu bridge in Sham Chun river on Chinese side at about 3 p.m. Tuesday, 20th July. It was seized by Chinese armed pickets and crew consisting of two European sergeants, one Indian Police Constable and three Chinese seamen vere
seized and taken away presumably to Sham Chun. Please
demand immediate release of crew and return of boat, and
enter emphatic protest against action of strike pickets.
